Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, for digital downloads (e.g., ebooks), this right expires the moment the download or streaming begins.
2. By purchasing a digital product from The High Protein Project, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started.
3.  All Sales are Final Because our digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
4.  Faulty Digital Content If the digital content you received is faulty (e.g., the file is corrupt or does not match the description provided), you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If we cannot provide a working version of the file within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please write an email to adi.kalliath@gmail.com. 
5. Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, please contact us at adi.kalliath@gmail.com within 48 hours for a refund of the duplicate transaction.
